Guatemala
Powell Church has taken a team to Chichicastenango, Guatemala each summer since 2009. The 2013 trip will be June 8 - 16. Team activities include construction projects in support of Samaritan Hands orphanage, the Hogar del Nino, and Transition House; conducting vacation bible school in local churches and schools; conducting a women’s bible study; and ministering to those who survive by scavenging in the local trash dump.
